My experience includes 30 years in non-profit organizational leadership. I have served, for 15 years, on regional management teams and on several non-profit boards. I have been gratefully married for over 40 years, enjoy close relationships with my four married children and their partners, and am working intentionally to see my twelve grandchildren live abundant lives.

I am a certified graduate of Character Genetics Transformative Leadership Systems and a member of the International Coach Federation. I maintain ICF ethical standards and best practices. I am also an Authorized Solutions Provider of Harrison Assessments.
